Effective commercial terms
The owner of any workspace, new or existing, may voluntarily subscribe to Pro without a waiting period. By selecting “Subscribe to Pro”, the owner accepts these Terms of Service. The price, currency, applicable taxes and billing interval are shown before proceeding to checkout. Having an account or a Free workspace does not itself create a subscription or a charge.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to the CronoGantt website and hosted application. The person creating a workspace must accept the current version before completing registration.
If you create a workspace on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have sufficient authority to accept these terms and bind that organization. Invited members access the service under that workspace’s authorization and configuration.
2. Account and security
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activities performed using your credentials, except where the cause is not attributable to you.
If you detect unauthorized access or a security incident, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
3. Workspaces and members
The person who creates a workspace acts as its initial owner and may invite members, assign permissions and manage its content. Each organization is responsible for determining who may access it and what information they may view or change.
Members must follow these terms and the workspace owner’s lawful instructions. CronoGantt may use role and membership information to enforce the configured permissions.
4. License to use the service
While you comply with these terms, CronoGantt grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable and nonsublicensable permission to access and use the hosted service for internal, personal or business purposes.
This permission does not include source code or authorize copying, reselling, sublicensing, distributing or creating services derived from CronoGantt.
5. Your content
You or your organization retain any rights you hold in projects, tasks, files, photos and other content uploaded to the service. You represent that you have the necessary permissions to upload and manage that content.
You grant CronoGantt limited permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display that content only as necessary to provide, maintain, back up and protect the service. That permission ends when the content is no longer necessary, subject to reasonable backup cycles and applicable obligations.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use CronoGantt to:
- Infringe third-party rights or applicable rules.
- Upload unlawful, misleading, harmful or unauthorized content.
- Attempt to access unauthorized accounts, workspaces, data or systems.
- Interfere with the security, availability or operation of the service.
- Perform reverse engineering, bulk extraction, abusive scraping or security testing without written authorization.
- Introduce malicious code or use the service to cause harm.
7. CronoGantt intellectual property
CronoGantt and its proprietary components, including software, design, interface, documentation, trademarks and content, are protected by intellectual property law. No rights to them are granted other than the limited permission to use the service stated in these terms.
8. Third-party services and components
CronoGantt depends on infrastructure, authentication, hosting, storage and payment providers, including Mercado Pago and, where enabled, Paddle. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Third-party software components are governed by the licenses listed in the Third-party notices.
9. Plans, quotas and availability
CronoGantt offers Free and Pro plans per workspace. Free has no charge and supports up to 2 active users, 10 active projects, 1 kiosk and 20 MiB of files. Pro supports up to 10 active users, 100 active projects, 5 kiosks and 50 MiB of files. Free includes a single workspace-wide general conversation; conversations per project and their combined view are exclusive to Pro. All other features are the same on both plans.
Each owner may have one active Free workspace. Additional workspaces require Pro. Closing a workspace releases its Free allocation when closure completes; reopening requires checking availability again.
When a workspace upgrades to Pro, it releases its Free allocation. If Pro later ends, the workspace may return to Free only if its owner has an allocation available at that time. Kiosks do not count as active human users. Active screens and current pairing approvals consume the kiosk quota; revoked screens and expired approvals do not. The file quota counts files registered in projects and is not a limit on total infrastructure consumption.
Reaching or exceeding a quota does not delete content. While a workspace exceeds its current limit, CronoGantt may prevent new records, activations or uploads that would increase usage.
The service is provided subject to availability and may experience interruptions, maintenance or changes. No public service level agreement is offered and continuous availability is not guaranteed. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the contact email address.
10. Pro subscription, renewal and cancellation
Pro is a monthly subscription per workspace, without a trial period. The applicable amount, currency and frequency are shown before payment is confirmed. The provider identified at checkout processes payments and renewals. Pro activates only after CronoGantt verifies a first approved payment.
The subscription renews monthly until its owner cancels it. Cancellation stops future renewals, while the workspace retains Pro until the end of the period already paid for. Returning to the website from checkout does not by itself confirm payment.
In Argentina, ARS payments are handled through Mercado Pago. Where international subscriptions are enabled, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles USD or EUR payments, transaction taxes and receipts. The initial offer and currency are determined automatically from the country estimated from the connection; the final amount and tax treatment are confirmed at checkout using the billing details. The language can be changed on the public site and in the application.
If a renewal fails, Pro may remain available during a 10-day grace period. At the end of that period, the workspace moves to Free if its owner has an available Free allocation. Otherwise, it is suspended for billing reasons until it subscribes to Pro again. Suspension does not delete data or close the workspace.
11. Refunds, chargebacks and receipts
Refund requests are handled manually through [email protected]. They are assessed according to the service status, payment and applicable rules, without limiting nonwaivable rights. A confirmed refund or chargeback may end Pro and apply the Free or suspension rules stated above.
For purchases processed by Paddle, the support channels indicated on its receipt may also be used. Paddle issues documents for the sales it handles. For other payments, available receipts or tax documents are coordinated through the contact email address. CronoGantt does not provide its own automatic tax invoicing integration.
12. Suspension
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or third parties, investigate an incident, meet a valid obligation or respond to a serious breach of these terms. Where possible, we will communicate the measure and provide an opportunity to correct the situation.
13. Workspace closure, recovery and deletion
The owner may close the workspace in Settings, under ‘Close workspace’: on requesting it they receive a code by email, and closure is carried out once they enter it. They may also write to [email protected]. In that case, the administrator verifies and processes the request. Cancellation of future renewals starts when closure is confirmed or when the administrator records the request; the app separately reports whether the provider confirmed it. The request may be withdrawn before it is confirmed or before execution begins. Withdrawal does not restart a canceled renewal.
Closure blocks all members’ access when executed, even if paid Pro time remains, and does not generate automatic refunds. With the owner’s express authorization, we retain the data for one calendar year after effective closure. The deletion date and time appear in the app. A February 29 anniversary is adjusted to February 28 where necessary.
During this period, the owner may download a readable copy of the data at no charge and request early permanent deletion. They may also reopen the workspace before the deadline expires or deletion starts. Reopening preserves any remaining paid Pro period without restarting renewals; otherwise it requires an available Free allocation or a Pro subscription. Access is enabled after the plan is confirmed and its limits are prepared.
Starting a checkout does not extend the deadline or cancel deletion. Completed recovery cancels that closure cycle’s deletion; a later closure starts a new year. Active Free workspaces do not expire through inactivity. Canceling Pro, failed payment, refunds or chargebacks do not by themselves close the workspace.
At the end of the year, the workspace’s projects, files and other operational data are automatically deleted. We send notices to the owner’s email 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before the deadline. Delivery failures do not change the agreed date. Permanent deletion is irreversible and does not delete the personal account or other workspaces. Financial records and backups are treated separately as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Liability
CronoGantt aims to operate the service diligently but does not guarantee that it will meet every specific need or be free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing the information, dates and decisions you make using the service, and for keeping appropriate copies of information critical to your activities.
To the fullest extent permitted, CronoGantt will not be liable for indirect damages or consequences that are not reasonably attributable to its own breach. Nothing in this section limits nonwaivable rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
15. Changes to these terms and prices
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be published on this page and communicated to the workspace owner by email 30 days in advance. Changes required for legal or security reasons may take effect sooner.
Price changes to an existing subscription will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to a renewal after that notice. If a change requires a different currency, the owner must confirm a new payment before CronoGantt replaces the previous subscription.
The version and its date will always be visible on this page. A new acceptance will not be requested for every update. Use after an update takes effect will be subject to the updated version, without affecting nonwaivable rights.
